Who we are

By Gabi ("By Gabi", "we", "I") is a Miami, Florida–based digital marketing studio operated by Maria Gabriela Gomez-Smith. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used.

Information collected through the contact form

When you submit the contact form on this site, you provide your name, email address, company name (optional), the service you need help with, and any details you choose to write. If you arrived through a campaign link, the referral or UTM parameters in that link are attached to the submission so we know where the enquiry came from.

That information is emailed to hello@bygabimarketing.com so we can reply. It is used only to respond to your enquiry and to have a conversation about working together. It is not sold, rented, or used for unrelated marketing lists.

Booking a call

The "book a call" links open Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Any information you enter there is handled under Calendly's own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently run advertising pixels. It uses your browser's session storage to remember campaign parameters (such as utm_source) while you browse, which is cleared when you close the tab.

Privacy-respecting analytics may be added in the future to understand aggregate traffic and which pages are useful. If cookie-based analytics or advertising tools are added, this policy will be updated to name them before they go live.

Hosting and email delivery

The site is hosted on Lovable's infrastructure. Contact form notifications are delivered by a third-party transactional email provider on our behalf. These providers process data only to operate the service.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept in our inbox for as long as needed to manage the relationship or as required for business records.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the information you submitted, or ask what we hold, at any time by emailing hello@bygabimarketing.com. Requests are handled within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and not directed at children under 13.

This policy may be updated as the site changes. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
